I’m Omar, a real estate lawyer and active investor based in Arizona. I'm a lot more active in various real estate ventures than most lawyers. I always have at least a few active projects (residential fix and flips and land development) going at a time. Because of that, and to ensure I provide the highest level of service, I limit my legal practice to niche areas of real estate and only take on a few clients at a time. 

 

My team and I purchase dozens of properties every year. We coordinate daily with wholesalers, agents, architects, contractors, and builders. Because I’m actively in the business myself, I understand your deals, your pressure points, and what’s at stake. My legal practice is built on the belief that clients deserve a lawyer who actually understands the realities of real estate — timelines, budgets, contractors, wholesalers, city processes, and everything in between.

On the legal side, I have deep experience in land use and zoning, having worked on rezonings covering thousands of acres across Arizona for single-family subdivisions, multifamily, industrial, commercial, mixed-use, self-storage, cemetery, and mining projects. I’ve worked alongside developers, engineers, and city staff through every stage of the entitlement process.
